The creation of safe working conditions at the Karachaganak oil and gas condensate deposit is one of the main priorities during production.

An element of this operation, the Unit-3, is the plant where unrefined hydrocarbon products are brought up to the determined parametres, which then will be transported to the Orenburg gas refinery. Recently, the Unit-3 broke a type of record. The personnel servicing the unit worked 3.5 million man/hours without any time losses. This was the result of observation of international management standards, and careful control of technological processes. The level of the production culture is determined here by the ability of each employee to strictly observe the rules and requirements of safety standards. Now, the working experience of Unit-3 personnel will be applied at other subdivisions.
