The KPO delegation comprised of 17 representatives from various departments of the company was led by KPO General Director, Damiano Ratti.

The 48 square metres KPO stand showcased the company's achievements in the implementation of the Nationalisation Programme, the development of RoK suppliers and vendors, as well as in the protection of the environment and company’s contribution in the social infrastructure development of the Western Kazakhstan Oblast.

Also at KIOGE 2013, KPO Permits and Licenses Manager Zhardem Kussanov received a thank-you letter from the Petroleum Engineers Society at the Kazakh National Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev, for his lectures on the geological structure and development characteristics of the Karachaganak field, where students learned about KPO’s operations and the aspects of the field development.

Supported by the RoK Ministry of Oil and Gas and National Company KazMunaiGas, KIOGE 2013 brought together 462 companies from 22 countries.
